Our packages are shipped with FedEx. Please provide a US street address, as we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Be sure to include the appropriate suite or apartment numbers when necessary to ensure proper delivery. We highly recommend that you ship to a workplace or office. If this is not possible, please ensure someone will be home to accept the package. If you are shipping to a warm climate and the recipient is not home, the chocolates may be damaged during the delay. Orders going to Alaska and Hawaii MUST be placed over the phone, so we can calculate any additional costs.
All details of your name, billing address, shipping address, and method of payment are critical. We cannot be responsible for errors in information that is provided to us. Costs resulting from such errors will be charged to you.
Returned products must be in absolutely new, unused, and uneaten condition for refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
We are not responsible for shipping delays while your product is in transit due to weather, strike, mechanical failure, or circumstances beyond our control, and are not able to offer refunds for those reasons.
Please note that our chocolates have a three week shelf life.
